Where possible, organic fruit, vegetables and herbs are used from the walled garden. Locally caught fish and seafood is a specialty, as is Donegal lamb, which can be described as “pre-salé”. A gastronomes term for the wonderful flavour the meat takes on due to the grazing enriched by wind-borne deposits of minerals from salty sea air. Single Rooms;
are basic rooms with bathrooms in traditional style and without a view.
